I’ve been using this pitcher daily, and it really makes a difference in how the water tastes, cleaner, smoother, and without that tap water aftertaste. The alkaline boost gives it a fresher feel, and it’s nice knowing it filters out impurities while adding minerals back in. The 10-cup size is great for a family, it holds enough for the day without constantly refilling, but it’s still compact enough to fit in the fridge. The pitcher itself feels sturdy, and I like that it’s BPA-free. The filter lasts a good while (about 100 gallons before needing a change), and swapping it out is simple. Pouring is smooth too, no leaks or awkward drips. It does have a bit of weight when full, but that’s expected with a larger capacity. Overall, it’s been an easy way to keep healthier-tasting water on hand without relying on bottled water.

This takes care of the hard water for my small appliances and for filling water bottles. It also addresses taste and chlorine. Great value and design.

Bought this pitcher as a gift for the family next door. In Texas our water is severely polluted from decades of pollution & contamination from oil companies. It's not safe for you or your animals to drink Tap water. Ask your vet if you don't believe us. The 200 gallon filters are one of it's biggest selling points. Both Brita and PUR require very frequent changes. Note we drink water 90% of the time. This product is much more cost efficient. We like the way the filter runs the whole width of the water jug; not just a corner. If you remove the lid to add water, put faucet in middle. This way each side of filter works. If you are in a hurry ( and who isn't these days?). You can use a recyclable straw to prop the little window on the top. Then pour water to purify with a measuring cup or something with a spout. Water tasted the cleanest, purest in a glass Metal cups can add a tiny taste and plastics retain odors. Took us a little to get used to taste. It's different. I would say pUR filtered water tastes better. Put when faucet was replaced, PUR no longer fit. The Water drop pitcher wins 4/5 categories. The wood handle is very strong and easy to grasp. Pitcher does get heavy when full. Do not add water past the filter. Happy Drinking

I had tried another brand but was not happy. I love the Waterdrop. Fills pretty quickly. I really like it having the Alkaline feature. Having had cancer this feature helps to keep acidity lower in the body. The container and handle are made well. Filters work well. The water has no nasty taste or smell. Fresh like mountain water. Absolutely recommend this purifier.

This is the absolute best water filter on the market. We live in South Florida, where the tap water tastes and smells slightly sulphuric IMO. This water filter completely takes the the taste and smell away leaving amazing water quality!! It is also a great size and fits in on our kitchen counter or in the fridge perfectly. You just can't beat it. On top of the already amazing quality of filter and pitcher, Waterdrop has the absolute best customer service!! One of my kids accidentally dropped the pitcher, leaving a small crack on the top of it. I called the company and spoke to a very nice, helpful, and accommodating customer service rep named HARPER, who immediately sent me a new pitcher with a new filter!! And all this 3 years after buying the original one!! Went way up and beyond the call of duty! Needless to say, I am a huge fan of this water purifier!!

Did I say how much I absolutely love this perfectly designed pitcher with the comfortable handle and circular top that ingeniously opens and closes on its own for a quick refill without you having to take out or put back anything?!! SUPER convenient. And the spout cover is secured to the top and never falls out. All the different Brita pitchers were always laborious to refill and the spout covers always popped out and broke eventually. Original review: I'm not the biggest fan of the taste of water from this filter. It's not bad, just different. I love the taste of distilled water and gravitate towards filters that make water taste along those lines like Brita. Those who dislike the taste of distilled water and prefer spring water will love this though. Waterdrop does filter water very quickly compared to Brita. I love that. They also have the PERFECT jug too! Easy to use, beautifully designed, durable, etc. In fact, Brita's jugs are why I decided to try this for a change. Unfortunately, Waterdrop's filter doesn't last as long, contrary to their claim. I'm a single person and in 4 months, the light is already red for changing. I don't even drink the recommended daily amount either. Brita lasts me a lot longer before the light changes. It's worth noting that Brita's estimated time is for families not a single person so I was surprised when this Waterdrop filter already needed changing.

El filtro muy buena relación calidad -precio: puesto que es un poco más caro pero dura 3 meses cada uno ( comprás en Amazon: un paquete de 2, y en seis meses te olvidas ), y además con un indicador LED que cambia de color, te indica según la calidad del agua filtrada: azul, naranja y rojo; cuando lo tienes que cambiar. Capacidad XXL = 3.5 l, adecuada para momentos de reunión familiar, en los que se necesita más agua disponible.
