The best two egg flipping pan. Easy to use and clean. Non sticking and fits in kitchen drawer with ease. The weight is good and over all, works really well. Good value for the price and have not had any warping with my glass electric stovetop. Eggs cook evenly.

It’s very non-stick and I like the diamond coating. The color finish has gotten minor scratches on the sides, but this is only cosmetic.

very good for eggs and small items like sauces, cheeses, or sautéed veggies separate from eggs. Can cook a sausage on low heat very well, that is if it’s cut in half since the diameter can’t fit just anything. Definitely a good size for light, quick cooking with only using a single pan to avoid more dish washing.

I thought that I knew what I was getting into when I bought a tiny frying pan. My intention was to use it to make one scrambled egg. The ingredients I use are simply a large (not an extra large or jumbo) egg, a dollop of milk, and a dash of salt and pepper. That fits inside the pan, but just barely. There isn't enough room to add anything else, such as a few slices of mushrooms, or even to stir the contents. It's unfortunately too small to comfortably handle the job of cooking a single scrambled egg. I did it, but it caused me unnecessary stress. Obviously, I didn't want my egg to spill onto the stove and make a mess, but that seemed likely to happen. I just had so little wiggle room. This pan--which is awesome in quality, by the way--will therefore get limited use. Maybe it's more reasonable for melting butter than it is for frying an egg. But, honestly, I use a microwave to melt butter, so I don't know that this pan will get any use at all. If it were just a little bit bigger, I would love it.

My luck with one-egg pans has been abysmal. This pan seemed like it might be better than others I’ve tried. NOT! It was presented as “no stick,” needing no oil or butter and definitely not no-stick sprays. So, I tried cooking one egg in a completely “naked” pan over medium-low heat. Once it was slightly set, I used a small rubber spatula to flip it over. The egg stuck to the pan & fell apart. For $14.95, it should’ve flipped itself with no sticking! Boo, hiss! My search continues. . .
