Bulger wheat in a bag
I mean the title pretty much sums it all up, it only has one ingredient, it's been milled into the appropriate size and then portions into packages. Mostly I make tabouli with it along with fresh lemon, plenty of parsley, tomatoes, but I leave the cucumber out I'm not a fan unless it's pickles, but that's another review. I'm pretty heavy-handed on the bulgar wheat side of the recipe trying to get my whole grains and fiber.

Beats the small bags at the grocery for Tabbouleh
Wonderful for making Tabbouleh. Just cover them in some boiling water and soak until soft. Add more water as needed for desired texture.
