Wahoo Elemnt Mount Compatible with Multiple Wahoo Computers Including The Wahoo Elemnt Bolt, Elemnt Roam, Elemnt Mini, and Elemnt - Multiple Colors 24g Out Front Computer Mount (Black)

Got this mount for a Wahoo Elemnt Roam bike computer as I move my unit between several bikes and needed an additional mount. This is a simple mount, nothing fancy, but it works as intended. Easy to install as the mount pivots open then secures in place with a screw. It secures tightly to the handlebars and I've had not slipping or rotation of the unit while riding over some fairly rough surfaces. The Wahoo units snaps right in place, does not wiggle, and does not come loose while riding. It does not "lock" in place but if I'm walking away from my bike I just twist the computer out and carry it with me. Listed indicates this is a simple but elegant mount, which it is on both counts, doing what I wanted it to do nicely!

I liked the mount because it comes off the bar from the top and extends forward and the mount area on the bar will be to the right of the stem when the computer is in the middle. This is exactly what I needed for my gravel bike, relative to all the cables and hoses pre-existing on the bar. The stock wahoo mount used on road bikes extended forward from below and would have rubbed against my cables and hoses, causing damage in the long term. See photos.

It works great for my Wahoo Element Bolt! I would also like to point out to anyone that the customer service is excellent! I bought one through Amazon and the package arrived with nothing in it. The top of the bag wasn’t sealed properly and I have to believe it was Amazons sealing process after speaking with two other people that had the same thing happen to them with other items. I couldn’t find any way to inform Amazon, they push you to reach out to the company, which I did and they were great! Mailed me another one the next day.

I bought this because I originally used the stem mount that came with the Bolt on my old road bike and couldn't see the computer while riding. I used the original Bolt handlebar mount on my new road bike. I moved the original Bolt stem mount to my mountain bike. I have 25.4mm handlebars on my old road bike. The mount would not fit on my bars using the 25.4mm insert that came with the mount. The screw would not engage. It wasn't even close. I removed the thin glued on piece of rubber that was attached to the inside diameter of the mount. I was then able to use the 25.4mm insert and install the mount. There were no instructions mentioning this, but that's what I needed to do. The mount should serve it's purpose.

The out front mount supplied by Wahoo was taking up “occupied” real estate on my handlebar, so I needed an alternative and I tried this one. It took a little adjusting, but now KOM is perfectly setup. Can mount the ROAM without rearranging my lights and pull breaks. It was easy to mount, readjust and holds fast to the handlebar. I like it better then the Wahoo supplied mount!

Cheap plastic junk. Don’t be fooled by “carbon fiber” description. After a handful of gravel rides the plastic that holds my Wahoo cycle computer started spreading. The color wasn’t true to style. The entire unit was poor quality. The mount directly from Wahoo is of much higher quality and is less expensive too.

Used this product for a wahoo element. 1 for a front mount another for a drop across stem mount. Easy! Luv it! I have 3 of them (3 bikes!)

The mount is not as rigid as the OE Wahoo mount and flexes when pushing buttons. Also, it is not quite square so the head unit is at a slight angle. Neither of those issues keep it from doing its job but depending on your level of OCD they could be deal breakers.

Simple to install and works for Wahoo Element. If your handlebars taper you might want some inner tube to prevent slipping. Is not metal.
