I love this thing.
As of right now, I personally only have a single complaint. I wish the base on my specific mic actually screwed all the way in. I had to really jam the threads to get the main part of the stand to go into the base. and even then I could only get a few threads in. Beyond that I am very happy with this mic. It is usb so the sound is not as good as XLR mics, but at literally half to a quarter of the price and not requiring the extra mixer to help get that sound quality, I have no problems with how good it sounds. Having come from a really cheap pair of headphones, this mic is unbelievably better especially if you are looking to start streaming as I am. One thing I would like to see from the manufacturer is an option to get this mic with a boom arm. For those with smaller desks, the included stand is quite intrusive. Obviously it would have to come at a higher cost, but personally I think the added cost is worth it. The shock mount that comes in the box is nice and fit the mic perfectly. The overall package that arrived felt heavy, which gave a feeling of the product being premium. And it felt on the more premium side of the spectrum. Like I said, my only complaint is I wish the base on mine actually screwed in to the base like it should. However I imagine that is not something that everyone has to deal with, especially if you are already looking for as boom arm to pair this mic with.Edit: 2 years of using this guy as well as two moves with it and I still have no complaints. The sound is plenty good and works great for gaming and *very amateur* voice over work. After having used it for so long, I would like to see a new model with a gain adjustment on the body. Trying to adjust the gain in software can be a massive headache in most circumstances and in the long run it would make for a much better experience to have the gain control on the mic itself. I upgraded to a boom arm from the original stand and found it works great on a boom arm. One thing to keep in mind while looking for one is the mount types. If you are using the adapter included in the box you should be fine but with the lower cost of the mic there may be some manufacturing errors that may make them not usable. Overall, I am still very happy with this mic after two years of use. I still definitely recommend this mic if you are looking to get into youtube or streaming at an amateur level.

Great for my upcoming YouTube Star
This is a podcast microphone but it will also work well for a YouTube channel. My daughter wants to be a YouTube Star and so far we are recording her playing her game and also singing some pop songs. I actually got this mostly for myself though so I can record myself reading children's stories. I want to put them up on YouTube for other parents to access, and also for my sister to access when she babysits for me. I thought it might be soothing to have the sound of my own voice reading to my child when I am not there. I really enjoy playing with the cadence and intonation of words and the whole process of a reading a story aloud to a child so that's why I want to record them. This mic was very easy to set up with my PC. I did have to clear a little bit of room on my desk for the stand because it's not super small, but it is really nice. I am very pleased.

Boom versus Desktop
This is great for what it is. The sound quality is remarkably good for the price point. On my 2020 MacBook Pro it was truly plug and play. The windscreen leaves something to be desired; because it mounts to the stand - which adjusts up and down about 4 inches - it doesn’t travel with the microphone. The gooseneck is a little bit weak and over the course of a day or so, will travel downwards with gravity. I struggled with one major decision point; table top versus articulating boom. I wanted something lower profile because this will only see intermittent use for me. The drawback here is that you have to move your body to the microphone which is a distraction from your vocal performance; the opposite choice is a more natural setup but much larger / “permanent” fixture to your desk. I have no regrets with this purchase and recommend it; I think it boils down to your use case.

This Mike Check Checks All The Boxes!
I wanted to make some videos and didn't have a microphone. I wanted it to look good and work well, but I didn't want to break the bank. This mike suits the bill.Number one, it looks cool!! I is a pretty sleek design. It also functions pretty well too. I haven't had the time yet to fully test the working of this device, but the mike checks that I've done have been good audio quality. I'm not an audiophile, but it sounds pretty good to me and is better than a lavalier mike that I will constantly knock off my collar. One thing that I'm not a huge fan of is the pop filter. The material is not what I'm used to, but it does do what it is designed to do and filter out the pops, so I think it is just personal preference.Overall, it does the job that I need and it does it pretty well. Youtube here I come!!!

This is the one for Zoom/Teams
I tried 3 other mics before this one. They had poor sound quality and/or required your mouth to be close to the mic. For whatever reason, the design of this mic allows me to be 2 feet away while maintaining good sound quality. In fact, if I get too close, the sound quality actually decreases. The stand is Chinese pot metal, but is heavy. I hate that this product is from China, but until we return our manufacturing to the US, we will need to deal with it.

Works, but too sensitive
Even with the filter, the mic picks up too much background noise. Both the pop filter and the foam filter were not enough to block out any sound. This is supposed to be a cardioid mic, meaning it should pick up audio from one direction more than the other. This one seems to pick up audio from all directions. You will absolutely need to use the shockmount, and even that isn't enough to eliminate sound from typing on a keyboard on the same desk. The weight of the stand is very nice however, so that is definitely a positive. The height is limited for obvious reasons, so either you place it lower than your desk if you need it lower or get a boom arm to hold it.Would've been nice to have a headphone out on this mic so that you could monitor it or input it into a second device, i.e. phone, headset, DAC. This would improve the versatility of it, along with a volume control knob and a mute button. This is definitely for a studio or properly audio dampened room and not an open space like an office.
