Depending on your freezer, you may I have to thaw, just a little bit. Slushy is the way I prefer it. These are much more friendly with your body. The excellent protection from dehydration. Also works to help your a brain feel that has eaten when stomach is full.

I got these when I had my tonsils removed and they were great but I’m gonna be honest I think I like them a little too much because I keep having them ordered and they honestly taste soooo good! Definitely recommend.
