This product does refine the skin. Had a rough line of skin along the jaw line. In two days of using this cream it was gone. I like the way my facial skin feels and looks. Have bought three bottles. It is expensive but you only use a little at a time. After your skin gets to where you want it to be you probably do not have to use every day. I don't Now use on average two to three times a week.

This product smells horrible. Unpleasant feel on skin. Pump takes a lot of effort to dispense lotion. Unfortunately I bought my second bottle forgetting that I had my first purchase unopened and in my cabinet. Now I have 2 expensive bottles that I detest

Love the texture and feel of the product. I finally found a good vitamin C brand for my self care regiment. Bonus: It works really well under my makeup and has good ingredients! I have combination acne prone skin. This product gives realistic results and does't irritate me. The potency is strong, so a little goes a long way. Do not use exfoliantes same day or go directly in the sun right after application without sunscreen. You will burn - it's 20% vitamin C! So far, I purchase two bottles which has lasted me 4 months each. The packaging in Ulta was terrible, but the one I purchased on Amazon held up and the letters didn't fade. Hopefully there's no issues with the third purchase.

I'M USING THE PRODUCT EVERY OTHER DAYTO BUILD UP TOLERANCE, MY SKIN IS TRICKY AND I HAVE TO BABY IT IF I WANT TO SEE RESULTS. NOW ONE THE DELIVERY THAT IS ANOTHER ISSUE. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU HAVE A STRONG DELIVERY POLICY IN PLACE GOING FORWARD. MY OUTER PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED IN ANOTHER NAME TO ANOTHER PLACE WITHIN MY BUILDING, AND IT TOOK TWO DAYS FOR ME TO TRACK IT DOWN. THE OTHER ISSUE WAS THE BOX WAS DAMAGED AND IT LOOKED AS THOUGH IT HAD BEEN WET. THE CONTENTS HOWEVER WERE INTACT. I HAVE ORDERED OTHER PRODUCTS THAT I REALLY LOVE IN YOUR BRAND, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

First let me say that this is a good, surprisingly potent vitamin C serum, for anyone who's looking to add more brightening and antioxidant power to their routine. However, it's not exactly your typical serum so just be aware that you may have to tweak your routine when using. As some others have noted, it has an unusual, slightly gritty feel when worn on bare skin, and I found it prone to pilling in that instance. After playing around with it, I found this works best when applied to a wet face (right after washing, or spritzed with a facial mist)—as long as the face is wet, the product seems to sink in easily and doesn't pill up under other products. My only other note is that, like many vitamin c serums, it has a very particular oily/metallic scent (if you know, you know). I found the smell to be less intense than the Skinceuticals serum, but still pronounced enough I caught whiffs of it throughout the day. If you're sensitive to that, take note—otherwise a great choice.

I love the contents of the product itself. This is my second bottle so I'm a fan of the formula. Its lightweight, it brightens the skin, it delivers what it promises. However, the packaging is awful. The second bottle now where I struggle to get product through the pump. It never works right and I spend a lot of time fidgeting with it, removing the top and trying different angles to get it to work and there is no other way to access the product without destroying the packaging. This product is too pricey to have packaging that does not work.

I'm impressed with the brightening effect of this potent vitamin C serum and how my skin tone is evening out after using it for over a week. I use it at bedtime because of its high potency (20%). You can feel it start to work immediately as it tingles on contact, so using it at bedtime ensures I stay out of the sun while it works its magic. It has a lovely silky texture, and I find it spreads flawlessly on moist skin. I would definitely purchase this product again!

I loved this product and it was definitely one of my favorites. I had no issueswith the old bottle design, the new design does not have a pump that goes to the bottom of the container. The pump remains on the surface and you’re not able to get to any of the lotion out. Therefore , you cannot get the lotion. what good is a product if you can’t get it out out of the bottle? Sad to say I will not be able to purchase this anymore because the new pump designdoesn’t work
