Klipsch 5.1 RP-250 Reference Premiere Speaker Package with R-112SW Subwoofer (Ebony)

HOLY SH*T this system ROCKS!!! I am an audiophile and I don't buy anything unless it is superb and this surround sound system is unbelievable for the price. Crystal clear highs from the tweeters, beautiful mid range woofers, and a MASSIVE sub that will literally shake pictures off the walls and shake your solar plexus to the core. With the sub on level 5 (out of 10) it is loud enough to piss off your neighbors and have your wife make you sleep on the couch. The sub has a rolling ultra deep bass response that is as good as it gets and will have all your friends smiling ear to ear when they come over to watch movies or sports. Music sounds incredible as well. I use a YAMAHA RX-S602 5.1 receiver and a Bluetooth module that allows me to run the rear speakers without running wire so I didn't have to tear up my floors. I upgraded from a high end soundbar with a wireless sub and I might as well throw that in the trash compared to this system. Highly recommended for anyone who has a house, not so much for people in shared living because you will be evicted in record time.

I bought these for my home theater project and did so without having ever heard them first. I have had serious stereos for my entire life (at least since early teens when I realized how much I liked high quality audio) and these speakers are the absolute truth. The 300w 12" sub does a fine job of pushing air in my 364 sq/ft room, the fronts are crisp and precise (I could use a hint more mid tone but it's not overly sharp like the earlier Klipsch stuff tended to be from the horns), the center is perfectly balanced to them and the bipole side speakers all sound 'tasty' in concert. I have been known to just sit in the middle of the room listening to music and grinning like an idiot at how happy it makes me. Watching movies this setup is POWERFULLY LOUD and even when you're leaning on them really hard they don't seem to distort or break up under heavy load. I have cranked them way louder than I would ever normally listen to them and they didn't even blink.I wish I could give a 6th star.

I have tried Sony and Bose sound bars but neither delivered good surround sound.After returning these systems, I saved for a "good" sound system and read the gambit of reviews, coming up with Klipsch 5.1 speakers, paired with Denon AVR 4500H.Denon setup was easy as well except for setting up zones. Not much direct instruction on that aspect, but finally muddled through it. Speaker installation was also easy when done with Audyssey Automatic Room Optimization.In the end, I am extremely happy with this sound system and highly recommend it to others who are searching for great sound at a good price, if you save for it.

i will never go back to wal mart for a sound bar again lol amazing highs and lows. quality as expected for what i paid. the grill cover on the sub was not right when we got it but i made it work the speakers make my home theater a real theater. popcorn movie sweetheart and game on....amazing speaker system

The absolute best sound quality I've ever heard!!! I honestly can't turn it up all the way before my ears say no more. Loud as I can stand it not one bit of distortion. Just as clear loud as soft. Honestly the hard you push it the hard it wants to go. I added atmos and book shelf for 11.2 and it blows my mind daily!!

I hooked these speakers to my onkyo system. Sound is great.

Excellent speakers, however, only rated 3 stars because after 2 years the subwoofer stopped working. Did not purchase the extra warranty as I thought Klipsch was such a good brand....big mistake!I do not recommend this product.
