I am in love with this vitamin b12 and folate because not only these pills brought my b12 and folate up even though I have been suffering from low b12 and folate for a very long time, these pills smell like raspberries and taste really good when you chew them. I find that since I am taking them my energy level has gotten better, I am just working on getting my iron levels and my hemoglobin back to par and these are helping. High value for money and great quality vitamins.

After a solid week of taking started to feel a little better. I stopped napping through the day and felt a little bit happier. Easy to take, a little on the sweat tart side. I tend to chew with my vitamins to down the sour side.

I tried the NOW Foods B12 because I wanted a reliable supplement, but I was disappointed to find it contains xylitol. Personally, I don’t like the taste or the idea of having sugar alcohols in my vitamins. While the B12 itself seems fine, the added sweetener makes it something I wouldn’t repurchase. I wish they offered a cleaner version without xylitol. I just didn't return because I already opened the bottle before realizing the xylitol.Update: After some more research is the source of the vitamim B12 is cianocolabamin which is a synthetic version. Some people might be sentive to digeste. Methylcolabamin is bioative and natural form of VitB12. Which you can buy also from Now Foods if you don't mind the xylitol.

I have neuropathy and had my gallbladder removed. No doctor ever suggested that I take b12 to help with the extremely painful pins and needles sensation hot and cold and numbness in my feet. I don’t eat red meat either. Since I don’t have a gallbladder my body can’t absorb vitamins from the foods I eat as well. The B12 has helped all my neuropathy symptoms at least 60%. I place it under my tongue and let it dissolve . Has a pleasant taste. It’s helped my life.
