Simple devices are usually less likely to fail. Swivel power cord is a bad feature in my opinion.I bought this despite negative reviews. If it fails, I'll get my tools and multimeter out and we'll do an autopsy.Nothing on the box or product indicates country of manufacture.

I purchased this to tame my ginormous beard. Waste of money & time. Let’s talk about the product itself. Its a nice matte black, has blue bars indicating heat levels, and for the most part aesthetically pleasing. 1st time I used this it worked fine, the heat levels were at the max. (It’s a waiting game after it’s plugged in for it to heat up) Now after that it never reached a heating level higher than luke warm. Reached out to the company & they sent a replacement. Right out of the box it never heated up even after being plugged in the 1st time for 15+ minutes. Obviously the replacement was trash from the jump. Reached out to the company a 2nd time and they refunded my money. I would definitely recommend this company if they have other products, but in no way should you waste your time with this thing.

Love this! Use it daily, heats up quick. Does take a little bit to cool down so if traveling I need to factor in extra time before putting back in my travel bag. Would buy again
