Makes very nice bread and muffins
Very authentic Soda bread. Tastes lovely. I use these regular, sometimes add greek yoghurt, sultanas, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, chopped walnuts etc, all sorts. Have made some very tasty muffins too. Highly recommend.

Perfect bread
I used to make my own bread but got out of the habit once everyone left home.Then I found this - so simple to use, no weighing or measuring, no running out of ingredients, just add milk!And it tastes amazing, perfect with marmalade.I now make brown scones rather than cakes of bread, and freeze in packs of 2 or 3, and use as needed
