Cat loves cat brush!
Cat loves cat brush! Only thing is, it kept falling off with the sticky tabs, so I had to tape it and then decided to zip tie it to the desk leg. Has helped with his long hair under his neck

To quote Janice from Friends "Oh. My. GOD!" Love it!
Originally I bought one of these from Petco for a trial run. I figured that it was worth a couple of bucks to test it out as a hairball preventative. What a great move!! As it turned out, the Cat-It was such a hit that I ordered another one! I had accidentally mounted the first one too low so I put the second one directly above it; that configuration works out well since some like to scrape their faces on the lower one and some rub their bodies on the upper one. Also, one of our cats (Penny) is soooo all about cat brushes that she'd shove her face all over the brushes my husband keeps in the remote control caddy (convenient for brushing when they jump on his lap), so hard and so long that we were scared she'd damage herself! Now she almost never does it, so win-win! Of our four cats, one of the long-hairs (Penny obviously!) LOVES it; my husband will hear what sounds like very aggressive clawing and he'll fuss, then discover it's Penny or Tiger (short-hair) scrubbing their face -- and he'll apologize! Based on our results, I bought two of these for my grandkitties last Christmas, and they were one of my kids' favorite gifts. They also have four cats: two really like them, one doesn't care for them, and one is absolutely crazy for them! (And luckily, he's the one with the most fur!) I also bought a pair of these for my mother for Mother's Day/ her birthday. Once again, a hit! Of her two cats, one likes them and one ignores them. So out of ten cats, two are OBSESSED with them; two really *really* like them ; three use them occasionally, and three really couldn't care less. My takeaway: ▪︎Well made ▪︎HIGH cat approval! ▪︎Great price and value ▪︎Removable / cleanable bristles are a definite plus! ▪︎Channels for catnip = 100% PAWESOME (just don't let the cat knock the brush out of your hand or they'll never get out of your way! haha!) ▪︎Corner positioning is excellent for "scrubbies" However ▪︎Like other reviews state, skip the adhesives and go for nails or screws; besides being more secure, they're easier to reposition, and when you remove them it's easier to repair the wall / etc... there are even nail holes already built in! Note: Having used both nails and screws, I would highly recommend screws; it's hard to get a hammer into those small spaces without destroying the unit (I had to use a countersink), and screws are more easily repositioned or removed ▪︎Pay attention to whether your groomer is facing the proper direction; the angles are different so you may get different results ▪︎My cats (and the other furkids) LOVE the rigid bristles, but not everyone's cat will; be prepared for that. I believe there are other, softer versions of this product, so do your research

A Must-Have for Cat Lovers
The brush is designed to help cats groom themselves, which has been fantastic for reducing shedding around the house. My cat took to it right away, rubbing against it and getting a good brush with minimal effort from me. The brush's design is smart, too—it’s easy to attach to various surfaces, and the bristles are gentle enough not to irritate her skin. On the downside, the brush can sometimes be tricky to clean, as cat hair tends to get stuck in the bristles.

Difficult to Nail Up, Taping Insufficient
I really wanted to like these. In fact, I bought three right off the bat. We have three cats at the moment and they all love to have their faces brushed and to rub against cabinets, etc. for the self-face-massage. This item is made of two parts. There is a hard plastic outer shell that has nail holes, an outer rim, and several hard tall ribs for structural support (I assume). Then there is the soft inner part, which is the functional element, that has the long soft spikes for face rubbing. The inner part can be folded and manipulated in order to place it under the shell's outer rim, or to remove it from the shell. The problem I encountered occurred when attempting to affix the item to the corner of a cabinet/wall. The shell structure is molded in such a way that there is no space hide enough for the head of a hammer to land. This is especially the case right near the nail holes, which have been placed just inside the rim. I tried MacGuyvering a screwdriver handle to sit atop the nail heads while I landed the hammer on the driver handle. But the space was just too tight in between the rim and the structural ribs of the shell. Even though the nails went in, and the shell was affixed to the cabinet, it was at the cost of smashing out one of the ribs and a section of the rim. Because I lost a section of the rim during installation, the inner brush part doesn't quite stay in unless I bend a couple of other nails around the edge. (Note: the item does come with some tiny pieces of double sided tape, measuring about 1/2 inch by 1/4 inch each. Just plain insufficient to keep the brush up on the wall if a cat is using it day in and day out.) Long story short: I think I am just going to nail the brush part directly to the wall next time.

Very nice self groomer!
Works really well, my cat seems to love it! Seems to catch flyaway fur easily as well.

Cats new best friend
My cats absolutely LOVE this brush!! So I love my cats but I am also very busy. This is the perfect device for them so they can "play" and still get brushed like they need. I have a short haired tabby and a firepoint siamese who is long haired and being brushed is a must. They are actually very picky about what we use to brush them but loved using this. The bristles are just soft enough yet strong enough to penetrate their fur well. In addition, the install was super simple. We just placed it on one of our door frames and they went to town. Highly recommend.

Let’s them rub on something that isn’t your face
I have two cats, but I ordered this specifically for a cat that loves to cuddle and would like nothing more than to lay on your chest and rub her whiskers all over your chin all day long. I was hoping that this would be comforting to her to have while I am gone at work. It didn’t work for what I wanted it to, but she still likes it and I would buy it again. Installing this is easy, it can be stuck to the wall with sticky pads or screwed onto the wall. It comes with sticky pads but no screws. I originally had planned to use the included pads but after visualizing what would happen if it unstuck from the wall and re-stuck to my cats fur, I decided to just screw it onto the wall. I does show in the directions that you can attach it to either a corner or to flat wall, but I felt a corner would work best as it gives cats more area to move around and really rub up against it. I will note that when I was installing this, the backing cracked which doesn’t affect the functionality, but I feel I should mention it as it doesn’t seem very durable. The sides of this brush can be filled with catnip, but after trying it with two types of catnip, I think I’ll stick to just spraying it with liquid catnip. The side areas to hold the catnip are very small and for the less finely ground catnip that I tried initially, it was a huge pain to get it inside and just as annoying to remove. With the finely ground catnip, it wanted to all come out of the vents. Also, it didn’t really get either of my cats more excited to rub against it anyway. After leaving this for several days, I found that my hope to give my cat something to rub against when I’m gone during the day didn’t really work out like I wanted. She doesn’t use this during the day when I’m gone, but she will use it when I’m at home and nearby. All things considered, I would call that a win. Overall, at the current price of around $5, I would recommend this to most cat owners. It’s nice to have another option for your feline friends to rub up against, especially if they happen to be the extra cuddly type. I don’t feel that this is the most durable brush, but at this price, it doesn’t need to last forever for me to feel like I got my money’s worth. I’ll update my review if it breaks.

Nice
Great idea but my cat only used it a few times. It might be a little too hard for them but the set up was easy. Cats are just picky lol she still uses the other wall corners
