Great product for frying

This is sooo very good. I use it to coat talapia filets. Haven't tried it on chicken yest, but it's a no brainer...it's going to be delicious.

This fish or chicken breading is so delicious and very difficult to find in grocery stores so I routinely order it easily through Amazon.

Probably would not buy again

This particular breading mix has just the right amount of kick to it for me, as someone who isn't super big on spice. Taste is subjective though of course, so I really wanted to leave a review to give props to the seller. I was accidentally sent a different product initially, but I contacted the seller and they got back to me very quickly with options for resolution. That kind of customer service can be scarce these days so I really appreciated it and would come through here again since this mix is becoming so hard to find near me.
