Good quality
The hook is very good quality and I would trust it in a emergency situation. I mainly purchased it to pull inner tubes from under my cover that I use to hold the cover up during the winter snow/rain. Minus 1 star because it seems a little expensive for a couple different aluminum tubes.

Very high quality.
Very well made, high quality pool hook. At $30 it's a bit expensive but worth the price. I use it both as a lifesaving device at our pool; as well as using it to hook and re-position our Aquabot pool cleaner when it gets stuck or when I need to move it to a different area of the pool.

Compare prices - this is less than half for something the law requires in some municipalities but you'll NEVER use.
