Q: What is the difference between this product and the original?

The "new" formula has a larger scoop, which is why it has "20% more protein". It's really a marketing scam. I've been using this product for years. The new vanilla has a chemical taste. So, besides trying to mislead you with "more" of anything, they messed-up the taste.

Q: Should this only be used as a recovery drink?

If you're question is whether or not this is a "pre workout" drink - it's not. It should be taken whenever you would need PROTEIN not necessarily exclusive to "recovery". Early morning with breakfast, after workouts, or in the evening as your last meal.

Q: How much tumeric is in each serving?
