This is a valuable resource for research explanations. This book was a life saver for my quantitative dissertation research (especially for chapters 3 & 4). Incredibly In-depth Deep-dive into SPSS and Writing
I received FAR more than what I anticipated in this EXCELLENT walkthrough of SPSS.. statistics.. and statistical writing, overall. I'm currently rounding-up my PhD program, and this book is better than the actual courses I took---it explains the WHY behind the various tests and not just how to use them in SPSS. Thank you!

I was excited to see a new edition of this book. I have a previous edition that is highlighted and marked all over. As someone who has had multiple statistics classes, I still had many questions about running some basic procedures. This book is clearly written and helps you make sense of entering data and understanding the output. a must have.
