Keto Chow- Classic Flavors Single meal

I adore this company and all of their products. The shakes are delicious and convenient when on the go , as part of a regular regime, or when you just choose to take a night off from cooking. The development of their flavor profiles is astonishing. For example : Irish crème, root beer, and orange crème among many other flavors are instantly identifiable and true to taste. The company backs their products 100% and is highly responsive to customers needs, questions, and concerns. Customer service is top notch. Why the four stars for value? The shake packets/powders are somewhat costly. Sometimes quality and a higher price goes hand in hand. This is after all a full replacement meal (with the addition of your fat of choice). I have purchased several of the different flavors. This is one of my favorites. I just recently have had a little reaction to nuts. (no idea why) But drinking Pistachio does not give me that reaction. Chocolate is my favorite. I use it for Hot Chocolate late at night with Chocolate Collagen Powder added to it. Oh, don't forget the MCT oil lol. Great for people on the KETO Diet plan. The rest of my diet plan is totally Carnivore. This adds a lot of minerals and vitamins to my diet along with a tad bit of carbs, but not enough to worry me, just a cup of Keto Chow a couple of times a week. I would HIGHLY recommend this item!

The first and most important thing to mention is that keto chow did not cause me any digestive trouble! I tend to have trouble with whey protein but not with milk products. This contains milk protein not whey protein like most other protein shakes. I know it's not the sweetener so I'm assuming it's the whey protein that causes digestive distress.I would suggest adding a little more sweetener when your going to freeze it because freezing anything reduces the sweetness. To sum it all up it's a good product tastes good a little bit out of my price range. I probably will buy it again, just not as often as I would like.

Has almost no flavor and its very thick like slimy from the xanthan gum I wanted to loke this so badly but for the price and the blah taste its a meal replacement will fill you up and make a creami icecream but doesn’t taste very good and texture is so thick and weird still going to try other flavors but this definitely isnt the keto savior they act like it is

I like pistachios and related products. This particular shake has lot of after taste which comes as soon as it hits your tongue. The after taste goes away once it's down your throat. It's wayyyy too sweet. But not good kind of sweet. I had it in 12 oz unsweetened almond milk and it was still too thick. I had to eat that with spoon. It took me about an hour to go through the shake because it took lot of courage to have another spoon due to after taste. I don't think I will order this again. This was my 1st Keto Chow try. There are better products in a market than this slimy thick drink.

Very tasty and easy to make. It is a very good snack item especially in the summer. Im a huge fan of pistachio ice cream and this is pretty close. Taste is good and it's low carb. You can customize thickness to your liking.

These shakes are good. They are filling. They don't taste like chemicals. Great for on the go meal at work for me or on the weekend when I don't feel like cooking lunch. They are pricey though.
