true. This is NIOT reef safe. Octycrylene enables to produce Avebenzone which is extremely bad as well. only use mineral based (non nano) Zinc Oxide based . it is misleading to say reef safe.

Q: How is this “reef friendly”? Aren’t all four of the active ingredients considered harmful to reefs?

I think you are correct, but I don’t remember. I ended up never using it and threw it away because of the ingredients. Shame on me, but I forgot to check before buying (which I always usually do). I thought the ingredients were terrible, very unhealthy, estrogen disruptors, poss carcinogens, etc. Ugh!
