Not worked smoothly
The manual pull-string chopper I purchased is defective and unreliable, as the pulling string (rassi) repeatedly gets stuck or jammed during use, preventing smooth operation. Even after returning it and receiving a replacement unit, the same issues persist, with the wheel becoming loose and spinning freely without engaging the blades. Often, pulling the string yields no chopping action at all.

Best chopper bought so far. I bought another chopper and it was not working properly, but after so much wastage… finally bought this and it’s the best in both chopping quality and the build quality too. Easy to clean and more veggies you can put since 900ml and so u can chop large quantity with limited time. No electricity require.
