The 18 K white gold that my 1 K diamond drop pendant is set in matches perfectly. Looks very well made. It's a Rope chain so it should be sturdy. High shine. I got the 3 mm and it's too thick for my pendant so I will return it for the 2 mm. 2 mm should be strong enough, which I need to protect a diamond pendant. Can't afford to lose that. The 3 mm would be great for a larger pendant. I like the clasp too. I read some reviews saying they had trouble with the clasp, but it looks very well made to me. We will see. If what Lifetime says about their jewelry not tarnishing and being sturdy, their products will be the best buys out there because they are really beautiful. Time will tell. I ordered the tennis bracelet with blue and white stones. It looks gorgeous. $84.00. It should look great with my Saphire and diamond ring. A bracelet like that in 14 k gold and diamonds and sapphires would cost thousands.

I'm trying to find a 26" 2.5 mm gold rope chain from Lifetime Jewerly. At Christmas time my husband bought me a 24" 3 mm gold chain from your company, it is too large of a chain for me and my charm biel is too small, also I do prefer a little longer chain. Would you possibly consider letting me exchange my 24' 3mm chain for a 26" 2.5mm chain? My husband bought this at Christmas time at a somewhat lower price so that is why I'm asking to exchange this instead of return and then buy a different chain hoping to make a fair exchange with comparable sale prices from that period. I would like to say that the 14k 3mm 14" chain my husband bought me is beautiful and I really love it but it just does not fit with my charm that I have. Otherwise I would wear it and live it! I looked for a 14k chain before Christmas and they were so very expensive. Gold has gone up so much now it's unbelievable!! The chain my husband bought looks as nice (or nicer) than the 14k chain that I had looked at premium stores and other online sites. I couldn't believe the quality of the chain that I received from Lifetime Jewerly, ITS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND WE WILL BUY FROM YOU AGAIN!! This chain is giftable and the craftsmanship is above my expectations. I believe that it's sturdyiness will give me years and years of use and I will treasure it as I wear it. Does not hold up! After about a year of wear the necklace is turning my husband's neck green and the chain broke. Wouldn't recommend.

To all curious consumers, I'm a very satisfied customer. This is my second time buying through Lifetime Jewelry, and I can tell you that they stand by they're name. My first order back in fall of 2018 was shipped in a timely manner, the packaging was solid, and the product was sturdy for an entire year with no color change. As satisfied as I was on how well the product held up, I went on to purchase another. This brings me to now. The old one was retired and the new chain came in. It is stunningly bright and definitely catches the eye. I wore it semi-occasionally and it was holding strong. One day it had a catastrophic failure and boom! The chain split in two, my pendant halfway across the room. I felt so let down, but not defeated. There I was, messaging Lifetime Jewelry about the incident. I scheduled a return of the broken one, and to my surprise. There was a new one right on my doorstep. Me being clueless as to what the package could have inside, I open it. There it was a brand new chain looking as shinny as the last. The message I can give and skeptical consumer about this product and Lifetime Jewelry, is that they have a very solid product that speaks for itself. The chain is a beautiful touch to your daily outfits. This chain also complements most pendant sizes ive come across. Bought it for somebody else they said it was nice, but I haven’t heard anymore information on it

I bought this after breaking three 100% 18k chains of different designs to wear my Crucifix and breaking all 3 just taking my shirt off. I never wore any type of jewelry before except a watch, cufflinks, and a wedding band that lasted longer than the marriage. My only "complaint" is that I wish they offered different purities to match your Crucifix or pendant or whatever, other than only 24k gold. It doesn't really look bad or anything, but the chain definitely glitters more than the 18k Crucifix, but it's better than breaking them over and over! The lifetime warrantee is a definite plus...hope I never have to use it! It still gets 5 stars, it's really nice. Well, since I wrote the above, they get SIX stars, because, me being me DID actually manage to break the chain right at the clasp (You'd NEVER break the actual chain!), reported the breakage to Lifetime and requested they increase the replacement chain length from 24" to 26" and charge me the difference. Mr. Jon at Lifetime responded immediately and is sending out a replacement 26" chain TODAY (the SAME day I reported it) for no extra charge! This is unbelievably good customer service that just doesn't seem to happen anymore. It is a beautiful, high quality product that they stand behind 110% Just couldn't be any better! Thanks guys!
