Good, solid metal. For the price you won't beat these. I needed some so I could put my thick grip handles on for forearm work, and it all fits perfectly. You ain't gonna break these.

Taking them out of the box I noticed the weight of these right away. The welds are very impressive. Replaced the cheap handles that came with my total gym. The knurling is very pointy; I always wear gloves so this was no issue as far as comfort but did enhance my grip. The grip also rotates. It's metal on metal so they started off kinda hard to spin. Once it breaks in I just put a dot of clipper oil on each side and it's very smooth rolling now. Will probably outlive any machine you use it on.

Love it way better than the plastic tube on a flat piece of material. The roller makes it much more smooth while lifting

I needed an attachment for my cable machine to do rotator cuff exercises and others that require a D handle to perform. This Benjamin delivers everything I was searching for. It's very sturdy, heavy and affordable. It has an all metal construction, with a free spinning handle that has a coarse knurled grip. The mounting hole is large and convenient enough to get the carabiner through too. So far I have zero complaints.

Meine Griffe aus Kunststoff sind die ganze Zeit kaputt gegangen. Hab dann einmal ein paar Euro mehr investiert. Lohnt sich definitiv!
