Introduction to Statistical Quality Control

Great resource for anyone who analyzes processes for product and service improvement on the quality spectrum. A good reference for the professional with a career in quality control.

College course required book. It was great for college students.

Have been using this text since the 3rd edition. Clear, concise and easy to understand. Excellent treatment of the subject.

Exact book ordered and as described (EMEA version), but was damaged prior too or in shipment. Arrived with bent pages and back cover delaminating. I would have given five stars had it not arrived damaged.

The text does a solid job as a text explaining the concepts of statistical quality control. However this textbook deserves a negative review because, at least the ebook version, does not provide solutions to any of the exercises, making it an unsuitable source for practice of the techniques taught because the student won’t have a way to check if they’re on the right or wrong path.

Beware the homework questions/problems are in the electronic companion. I was not able to access it. Not Amazon's fault, but it might change where you get you book from. Rented the electronic version from the publisher.

Book is used. in decent condition, but this was purchased as new, and it was obviously used. Do not recommend buying new, they are used books.

Not recommended because neither the softcover textbook nor the included E-Text included the end of chapter exercise questions. Nowhere does the ad mentioned this important fact.
