King Arthur never disappoints!
I highly recommend King Arthur products as I’ve never been disappointed in the past. An employee owned company is a very big plus because they take pride and they are product and it’s obvious in the freshness, taste and ingredients that they use to make the product. I would highly recommend purchasing a King Arthur product. You will not be disappointed, it’s quite the value for your money!

Makes a great cake!
This was my first experience with King Arthur cake flour, and I was not disappointed! My cousin asked for a vegan cake, and I was so pleasantly surprised with the light texture, good crumb, and overall flavor. I'll keep this on hand for sure.

Excellent product. Priced too high by this vendor.
The product is excellent but not worth 14.00 a box. I thought I was receiving two or three boxes. It's only 4.99 a box in the grocery store.

Love this as a healthier alternative - and delicious
True, it's not traditional cake flour, which is made with white flour removed of the wheat germ. But, as a baker of alternative "healthier" flours, this is the best I've found. No guessing work. They have concocted a mixture that is lovely! I will say the kiddos do not respond well to my cakes. This cake is not sweet and definitely heartier than a cake made with cake flour. That's why it's perfect with mounds of buttercream. And the two recipes on the back are wonderful and easy. There's one for "white" cake and one for a dark chocolate cake. Oh my!

Another Great King Arthur Product
Have always loved King Arthurs Flours for my other baking needs. Never knew they made cake flour, always had to suffer with the small boxes at the local mega mart. But this, this is on a whole new level. Got so many compliments on how fluffy, light, and airy my "new" cakes are. I highly recommend King Arthur Cake Flour to all of you reading this. My friends and neighbors, not so much. ha ha ha

Very good flour
King Arthur is probably my favorite brand for flour. I bought this for a very specific recipe that needed it, and couldn’t find it in local stores. The cake I make with it turned out beautifully.

This is my current favorite!I tried a lot of different brands of cake flour, either bleached or some functional like self raising, but all disappointed me…And luckily I found King Arthur, the flour swifts easily, no unpleasant flour smell after baking, highly recommended!

Pleased with my order,it takes a while to arrive,although its made not far from where I Iive but it's difficult to find a shop that stocks it so I have to order online.It works out expensive but its worth it and it lasts a long time,it's good for making the old fashioned 'Barmouth Biscuits' which are now unavailable.

I got this flour to use in American recipes that call for cake flour. The result was perfect, very light and tender tight crumbs. I will be buying again. The only problem was short shelf-life, that made me bake more often

I used this kind of flour for the first time on a lemon cake recipe for my mother's birthday. It was so soft, everybody loved it.
