Very Nice - Can Be Hard To Clean
We bought this on Amazon after out old single cup burnt out from overuse. Nice unit, but pretty big and takes up a lot of cupboard space, so think about where it is going to live when not in use.Pros:- User-friendly: The Ninja 2-in-1 Blender is very easy to use. The controls are simple and straightforward, and the blender comes with a variety of pre-programmed settings that make it easy to create a variety of drinks and dishes.- Powerful: The Ninja 2-in-1 Blender is very powerful. It can easily blend through ice, frozen fruit, and other tough ingredients.- Flexibility: The Ninja 2-in-1 Blender comes with two different size cups, a 2.1L jug and a 0.7L cup. This makes it a versatile blender that can be used to make a variety of drinks and dishes.- Able to feed a family of four: The 2.1L jug is large enough to feed a family of four. This makes it a great option for making smoothies, shakes, and other drinks for breakfast or as a snack.- Purchased due to replacing an older smaller unit where the motorhead burnt out from overuse: The Ninja 2-in-1 Blender is built to last. It is made from high-quality materials, and it is backed by a 1-year warranty.Cons:- Somewhat noisy: The Ninja 2-in-1 Blender is somewhat noisy when it is in use. However, this is to be expected with a powerful blender.- Dishwasher Space: The Ninja 2-in-1 Blender is dishwasher safe, but being so large it is hard to find the right space in the dishwasher, and for some reason the design is such that the feet are hollow and trap dishwasher water. Ovisouly put it the over way up and the entire cup fills with water. The- The Dreaded Seal: Check the seal OFTEN! We found on this and the last one we had that food stuffs quickly got stuck in the seal areas and turned to nasty grub pretty quick if not cleaned properly. We had to order replacement seals for our old unit as the only really efficient way to solve the build up is to the remove the seal every few days and clean, but that affects the seal over time.Overall:The Ninja 2-in-1 Blender is a great blender for anyone who is looking for a powerful, versatile, and easy-to-use blender. It is perfect for making smoothies, shakes, and other drinks, and it can also be used to make a variety of dishes. I would definitely recommend the Ninja 2-in-1 Blender to anyone who is looking for a high-quality blender.

Great product
I previously owned the Ninja Compact Kitchen System with Nutri Ninja 1200W - BL490UK. The latter, which cost circa £150 lasted for 7 years during which it was used perhaps 3 times a week. That product has since been discontinued. I think this is the closest replacement product (also 1200W with similar jugs) so it seems good value at less than £100. One handy thing is that the smoothie type jug from the original product also fits this version. On to the product itself, the set up is very easy. I think there have been some minor design improvements from the BL490 - the base unit feels sturdier and so does the main jug. It’s also noticeably quieter (note this is relative to the last unit and although in absolute terms it’s still fairly noisy I did appreciate the small improvement. One last thing they’ve tidied up is the user interface on the base unit. This is super straightforward so you won’t need to spend a lot of time reading the instructions. Overall, a great product. The next step from this would be the real premium units which have glass jugs (easier to clean) but those are more expensive. I would always rinse/wash the jugs immediately after use. Enjoy!

Passes all the tests!
I ordered this blender with some reservations because I really wanted one with a glass jar. But I also wanted the multi-level blades, and I was unable to find one that had both. This is a HUGE blender and will handle considerable quantities. I tested it out with things that I make every week: pesto, a flavoured mayonnaise and almond milk, as well as a curried parsnip soup and grinding walnuts. The pesto and mayonnaise are the things I really wanted the stacked blades for. With my previous blender I was constantly having to push everything down the sides of the jug to the blades: not so with this one! For the pesto I 'grate' the cheese and grind the pine nuts separately, then mix that in a bowl, then blend the garlic, basil and oil together before mixing with the cheese and nuts. I use Grana padano in block form, and use the blender to whizz it to a fine 'grated' consistency. I was a little concerned that the blender might make it too sticky, but it worked well to get it to a fine grain. For the basil mix, I found I needed to add more oil at first to get everything to the level of the lowest blades, but it worked well and with only one 'push down' needed to detach the basil leaves from the side of the jug. The mayonnaise I make is flavoured with sun-dried tomatoes, and I use the oil that the tomates are packed in. With my previous blender I found that as the oil is added and it got to more than about half a pint in volume, I had to very frequently push down into it it let air escape. With this Ninja, however, the stacked blades worked just as I hoped, and the mayonnaise churned properly even as the volume increased - again only one scrape-down needed. The nuts (almonds and walnuts) for nut milk ground down well without releasing too much oil, and for soups it has been excellent.Overall I'm very satisfied with it - I just wish they did a glass jug!
