For years I have been plagued by sewer odors, they were coming from by basement drain. Every day or two, I had to pour water in the drain to block the gas, in the summer time it wasn’t as bad as it is when there is less humidity and the dehumidifier is not working much, at least then water is going into the drain and helping. It was so bad, without water in the drain, I could hold my hand over the drain and feel the air coming out. Today I got these and immediately went to the basement, popped one of those in and immediately the odor stopped. I poured water in and it passed through and closed up blocking the gas from coming through. I am ecstatic ! It was always an embarrassment to have someone come to the house and we’d have to offer an apology and an explanation. No more, no worries. I’ve no idea how long these will last, so I’m going to buy more, they are well worth the money.

These things worked like a charm to keep the sewer smell from coming through my shower drain(shower over concrete floor) we could not get the trap to set right so we kept getting the smell until we found these. They last a while didn’t affect water flo or drain speed. Worth the money!

I have a 1 1/4" shower drain with no p-trap so odor was coming back from the septic. It's set in a concrete slab so not much I could do to fix it. I dropped one of these in. At first it drained very slowly, and then not at all. I pulled it and reinsert it and now it drains great. It seems to have stopped the odor. Inexpensive solution. We'll see how long it lasts. Very happy!

Looks like a neat thing, but doesn’t stop odors at all. Installed on shower drain (after a flexible tube, before going in pvc pipe) and after running water to test, smelled exactly like before from septic system. Also restricts water flow dramatically, now taking a shower fills the tub about 4 inches! Very disappointed with this product, and I got few…now in trash can…guess cannot return after one month

Son muy pequeñas

I purchased these blue handy dandy gadget earlier this year and wanted to give apple time to work or fail. So far they have taken away 100% of the septic smell. The two shower stalls I used them on did not have the pee trap installed and would have taken extensive rework to install one. This was a 10 minute fix and solved the smelly issue. A must buy.

Easy to install, been using for awhile and works gr8!

C'était un produit pour mon frère. Idéal pour lui. Ça fait le travail pour l'urinoir de son commerce. Depuis plusieurs mois qu'il a installé ce produit. Il aime. Plus d'odeur désagréable. La quantité était un peu énorme.
