The media could not be loaded. The color is beautiful. The sound is very loud and works amazing. It works for adults and for pediatrics. The earpieces are comfortable and it’s easy to remove the earpieces if you wanted something thicker or smaller. The actual stethoscope piece also comes off so you could put a cover on it or whatever you wanted to do.

Nurses ask for it by name
My daughter is a nurse in the Open Heart Recovery department at St. Vincent's hospital. I asked her what she wanted for Christmas and she asked for this specifically. I showed her other heart stethoscopes but she was adamant that this was the one. She has used it a couple months now and said it has made her job much easier because she can hear more clearly and distinctly. She has even loaned it to doctors to help them hear what she hears.
