Pretty great
I've recently got into cooking birds whole spatchcock style and I really needed a good pair of scissors. I already had a set but I always needed up hurting my hands and fingers with their terrible shape, no grip support, and awful cutting power. These have none of the problems the old ones did. My fingers don't slip, don't get pinched, and cut much more easily through the rib bones. They are extremely sharp as well and will cut and not too the skin.I would highly recommend these to anyone cutting into a chicken or turkey. Also as a side note, I loved the box it came in, made it feel like a very premium product.

Sharp and Powerful
I bought these to spatchcock a Turkey. It was my first time doing that so I wanted to make sure that I had the right tools. This powered through just as I hoped and I got the job done with the result looking fairly neat. I really liked that they are totally stainless so I could drop them in some boiling water and know they are going to be clean and ready for the next task.

multifunctional scissor
all in one strong kitchen shearthis one scissor can use for herbs (easily cut through meat with bones) and fish (the sharp blade can insert into the vent hole to make a shallow cut along with the belly), and of course veggie (cut into small pieces). It's easier and safer to use than a knife.

Not bad for the money
Makes really fast work of spatchcocking a chicken. Comfortable handles allow you to bear down to get through the bones quickly. Good and sharp. Only complaint is close to the pivot point the two blades aren't in close contact with each other so it doesn't cut skin back there, instead the skin passes between the blades. Need to use the 2 inches starting at the tip for skin, and that works fine. The whole length works great cutting through ribs.

Cutting tool
I have been search for the right tool to cut stuff. This is perfect for me. It is built with lock. It is sharp but light weight compare with knife I have.It cuts chicken , fish ,any meat very well. It only takes very little space to store it when it is locked. The best cutting tool I ever have!

Cuts well
Got this for my dog because i needed to cut frozen salmon fillets per meal then bag the rest. Even if my hand is small and my wrist tube is small, it can be used, but it was a bit difficult to press down and really cut it in one go. Its really sharp and cut up even the semi thawed blocks of raw quickly. The only drawback is they do not detach, cannot be cleaned.Overall very good product cuts very well

No-brainer... get it ASAP
Don’t know how to respond to “easy to clean” “thickness” and “sheerness” but I must say that this is the sharpest cutting knife I have ever owned. It makes cutting up a whole chicken a breeze. The fact that it is all metal gives me the idea that it will last a long time!

False advertising. NOT entirely stainless steel.
See my included pictures. The blades themselves might be stainless steel but the screw/pin and spring are most definitely not. Blatant false advertising. If you do buy a set of these, take them apart often to clean out the rust. That said, oxidation will eventually destroy the components, and your shears will fall apart at some point. Suggest not buying this product. Is this *really* so bloody difficult? I've gone through about 5 kitchen shear products in the last 5 months and while they all claim to be stainless steel, they all, without fail, have internal mechanisms that rust. Is it THAT difficult? Is it THAT hard? Is it THAT bloody expensive to include all stainless steel parts in your stainless steel product?Worse, It's out of the return period now, so I can't do anything about it because company flat-out doesn't exist except on Amazon, so there's no customer service to complain to and seek restitution. Awesome.
