Solaray is still providing a healthier option. So many vitamins... are being altered, destroyed by big businesses. Solaray seems to be good. For lungs... The ladies on Cape Cod Massachusetts pick Mullein in the woods... Says it is good for the lungs. An older man in my building has a lung problem. Doctor gave him 5 years to live. Been taking this Mullein. Doctor says he is better and mullein IS healthy for the lungs, to keep taking it. I think is also good for other things. 3 times I bought this for neighbor with lung problem; She feels good! Ordering more for her.

Only start with one bottle no refund
Make sure you know what all is in this product. I started taking this two weeks ago. I have allergies and wanted something to help with my seasonal breathing issues, every since I started I have been dealing with issues of high BP and shortness of breath. Now this maybe good for some but for me it must have something my body don't like. Also it hard to find the ingredients list, just be careful. Because there is a no return policy. If your going to try only start with one bottle.
