Je cherchais des poches qui ne se déchirent pas à la moindre pression ou utilisation, j'ai trouvé ! Parfait pour piocher des quenelles, de la pâte à choux, etc.. En gros, toutes les préparations un peu épaisses mais qu'il faut quand même piocher (ganache aussi). Je craignai le prix, mais finalement cela s'avère tout à fait justifié. Petit bémol, c'est pas forcément très écolo du coup, mais difficile d'allier qualité-solidité et écologie

Nachdem wir 30 Jahre mit Billigspritztüten gearbeitet haben, sind wir nun endlich auf dieses Produkt gestossen. Wer eine tolle Torte backt, der sollte nicht an gutem Equipement sparen. Diese Beutel und die dazu kaufbaren Spritztüllen, machen tolle Ergebnisse: nix platzt, alles bleibt sauber und das Spritzwerk ist phantastisch. Man muss allerdings schon ziemlich tief ins Portemonnaie greifen.
