What material is it made out of?

Hi and thanks for your question! myHomeBody Hand Towels are made of charcoal fiber, a material that is lightweight, highly absorbent, and can be dried quickly after washing.

I’m constantly drying my hands when in the kitchen. My cotton towels are always wet as a result. Do these towels dry faster than cotton towels?

Sort of. Cotton is best for absorbing, but I do understand the "always wet" comment. My impression is, this hand towel skims over the wetness without actually absorbing much of the wetness. They're not bad, just not quite what I thought they'd be. On the other hand, the way they hang up with the button and the cloth hook is nice.
