I purchased this monitor to run with my 16 camera Swann security system. I have been enjoying it ever since. I had reason to deal with SecurityVideoDirect , the company that sells these. My remote was not working and they immediately sent me another one after trying to trouble shoot the original. They are one of the best support teams I have ever worked with on a product. I recommend this monitor and this company to all who want quality and support in what they buy.

Item description says that unit is guaranteed for up 50000 hours. Mine lasted about 17000 hours, and the manufacturer said that they removed those specs. They sent me used monitors that have issues. How can you guarantee up to 500000 hours, and not honor warranty? They said the warranty is for one year(mine lasted about 1 1/2 years)? There are 8760 hours in a calendar year (USA year). Beware

awesome monitor; no issues so far

We have been using this monitor for a couple of years with our security system and it has worked flawlessly.

Well packaged for delivery. Excellent picture quality. Buttons and connections readily accesable. Will be ordering a second one shortly.

Works with our camera system as expected.

I am very pleased with the monitor. 1st the instructions are very good, the picture is sharp and great color.
