I LOVE this mat! It’s a great material that doesn’t feel slippery, a nice size and cleans up well. The material seems like it would hold spills well. When I upgraded my car this spring, I bought this mat and an another popular brand mat to go under my kids booster and car seat. I wish I would have bought 2 of these! The material is nice and the kick pad is also longer than the other seat protector.

This is the perfect car seat mat. I got a new car and wanted to ensure that my seats were protected from my son’s booster seat and snacks lol. This product did just that. It is super easy to clean, we love the design & color, it’s very durable, doesn’t slide around, covers the entire seat perfectly, & also allows him to properly function his car seat. This product will definitely last a long time with how durable it is. We love this and would recommend this product to anyone who’s struggling to protect their seats in their car.

Ok ok ok... For those of you who use car seats for kids: The car seat we used in our last vehicle, a Yukon, ruined the leather seat. After being cinched down for so long it left giant indents in the leather seats that were irreparable. So, when we bought our Enclave I wanted to be sure to find something that would actually protect the seats. There are a lot of fabric mats for seats out there, but none of those really address the problem of denting and pressure. They're waterproof yes, however that's not really what I was worried about. Most of those came with very mixed reviews as well. Finally after hours and hours of searching i found exactly what i was looking for! Rubber mats that are actually meant to go under carseats, so my babies are still safe, and my seat is fully protected!!! Clek is an expensive ass carseat brand 🤣 but their seat mats are very affordable and are doing the job beautifully!!! So if you're in the same boat and need a real solution... here you go!💜 I highly recommend the Clek Mat-Thingy!!!

This arrived right on time and in good condition. The mat is very durable and thick. I'm not sure how the concept of the lip holding liquids or spills will work considering the entire back doesn't have a lip and most seats are angled back. But the no lip on the back of it does make it very easy to install a carseat with latch. This mat fits my bucket seats and my bench seats perfectly. The install for me was a little tricky because if the carseat even slightly touches the mat before the car seat is in the correct position it moves the mat around. But once I finally got it all installed correctly it is an extremely tight install which is hard to find on traditional cloth seat protectors. We have black leather seats and no color fading or seat impression has appeared so this may is definitely a win for us.

My car has hard leather seats that are super slippery. My daughter's car seat could not be installed properly because it moved about 6 inches to the right and left (not safe). I thought it was the car seat itself and tried two more just to find out my leather seats were the problem. I googled "mat thingy for car seats" and this is what showed up. The Mat-Thingy is exactly what I needed. Her seat is safe and secure and doesn't move side to side anymore. Highly recommend if you're having issues with slippery leather seats! Also, this protects my seats from crumbs and water from my very active toddler. win-win!

All the thingys that Clek makes are high quality, durable, and classic. I appreciate all their extra bits for the car seats like this thingy. It’s perfect for those annoying crumbs from the snacks I shouldn’t be feeding my daughter in the car. The ones that usually gay mashed up in the seat cushions. Appreciate the cleanableness of this thingy.

Definitely a must have if you have clek or any other car seat really. Will protect the seats and catch dirt as well. Fits nicely on our vehicle.

Was really impressed with the quality of this seat protector. Ordered this one as the one I had was causing my Clek seat to slide. This one is made of rubber and almost feels like a car mat. Really pleased with it and the car seat no longer slides.

This is a decent seat protector for any car seat. I just wished it was a bit thicker. Make sure to buy it when it goes on sale.
