Loads of fun for me n the kids
Loads of fun. Inside for all of them were white. I even got out my angle grinder and did some clean cuts since we couldnt break some of them cleanly.

Worth the money!
This geode cracking kit was a fantastic hands-on activity for my kids—and honestly, I enjoyed it just as much! The kit came with several real geodes, safety goggles, and clear instructions. Cracking them open was safe and exciting, and each one revealed a unique and beautiful crystal formation inside.It's both educational and fun—perfect for sparking interest in geology and science. We learned about how geodes form and had some great conversations while exploring each one. Highly recommend for curious kids (and adults!) who love discovery and a bit of a surprise.

I would buy another!
Great buy for Christmas! My son loves science and this was a great kit. The materials were all there to use with ease and he learned from this. I would plan to use this outside because you do have to use some force to break them open. There was a small mess, like bits of rock and dust afterwards but nothing a wet paper towel can’t clean up.

Hard to open but it’s worth the hassle
To be honest, they were somewhat challenging to open, which makes sense considering that they are, of course, geodes. Once I finally opened them, they were all beautiful, and they were definitely worth the price.

Super cool. Make sure you have the right tools for the job though. They don't crack easily.

Fun experiment
I would rather buy a single one from a museum but this was cute and I’m pretty sure purchasing this brand donate to something which makes me feel good about my purchase. There were four rocks, one big one small and two medium sized ones. The small one broke open with one hit into three or four good sized pieces. The big one was kind of oval shaped so I thought it would be easy but it was taking too long so once the center was weakened I threw in at the driveway and got one really good piece, a medium piece and a bunch of tiny pieces that I had to throw away lol. It was hard with the shape and size of the medium ones so I gave them to my nephew for my brother to help him with. It only came with one display piece which I thought was strange but I have a shelf for all my little ones so I put the biggest one of the display stand. They also get like a glittery substance all over when they open which makes me wonder how real they are but idk, maybe every geode is different that way. And I was hoping to get different colors but mine were all white inside.
