Just hit the one-month mark with my Durafit 91, and I wanted to share my experience. Honestly, I’m really happy with both the machine itself and, surprisingly, the customer service—they truly went above and beyond. ​Setting Up and Dealing with the Team ​First off, installation was super simple. Seriously, you can absolutely handle this one yourself. ​But the real highlight was the Durafit support team. They are so easy to get a hold of and their responses are lightning fast. They kept checking in on me—not just right after the delivery, but also making sure I wasn't having any little issues during the first few weeks of using it. ​They even scheduled a call with a technician who walked me through every single function of the machine. It was such a nice, personal touch to ensure I knew how to get the most out of it. ​Quick Note on Looks ​I did notice that the treadmill looked a bit different than the picture online. I called customer care just to check, and they explained that the one I got was actually their latest model update. Since it has all the same features and works perfectly, I decided to keep it. ​Final Thoughts (For Now) ​If you're looking for a solid treadmill that comes with absolutely fantastic support, this is a great choice. I'm really enjoying my workouts and feel confident knowing the service team is there if I need them. ​I'll post another review in a few months once I've really logged some miles on it!

Treadmill is fine. Size was a bit large for our apartment but chose this model beacuse of the reviews and the 7HP power. Got it around 40 K during sale which was a great deal. The look and stability is good. The multifunction fearures (massager, spinner, dumbells) are not really necessary. Standalone treadmill would be sufficient for most people. (Treadmill is very heavy so please make sure that the delivery guys deliver it to your room and not leave it at the door or gate)

When you buy a treadmill, you need to have an idea as to how you are going to use it. How many people are going to use it? How much time for each person? How much do they weigh? Just for walking or jogging and running too? You need atleast a 3CHP motor if atleast one person in your family, who weighs MORE than 80 odd kgs wants to JOG. You need a STURDY, QUALITY treadmill if you are going to use it for more than 90 minutes a day and need it to last long. Durafit Royal is sturdy. Heavy duty. The body can easily take the load and last long. It looks premium, high quality. Good for more than 2 people using atleast for an hour a day. The package probably weighs more than 140 kgs. You will need 4 people to move this thing around. We managed it with 2. We felt like we did enough workout for a week. Assembled it ourselves. YouTube videos from durafit are very helpful. Easy enough. Or you could wait for the service person. Find a spot in your home with nice ventilation and electric supply and some extra space on all sides BEFOREHAND. Because moving this thing is not something that you would want to do. When you buy a treadmill, you need a great customer service. Because there might be belt issues, noise issues over time. Buying a treadmill which is worth more than 50k, and having poor customer service can make you miserable. Our treadmill had a noise issue. It made creaking noise when used, like a video review in durafit heavy hike. There was noise because of flooring with slight sloping. Which was corrected by placing a cardboard strip beneath it. There was noise at the incline spring. Some reviews in durafit heavy hike, expresses lot of concern regarding this, which I also had before buying. But don't worry. All it needs is a little greasing. After manufacturing they have to store it. So by the time you install, it is going to need some greasing at the incline if you have this issue. Applying lubricant beneath the belt is also needed. You also need a good lubricant for future use. This seller gives such a great customer service that I wanted to give a glorious review. They make every effort they can to address your issue, in my case even freely. They really want to give excellent customer service. They was no tendency to escape. They actually accepted and apologized to me for a small mistake made by the service person who sent his assistant instead of coming himself for a noise issue. Eventually they forced the service person to visit himself. This was one of the best customer services I've ever experienced for a product bought online. Now, Amazon customer service. Their 10 day return policy on this product is nonsensical. THIS PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT, WITH GOOD SELLER RATING WITH AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. but, if it was not excellent it would have been a major headache. If you can't assemble it yourself on the first day itself, you need to wait for 2 days according to your locality for service person installation. It takes some days to find defects for any product, and if you find any, it takes some time to contact the customer service and for them to send a service person, find the root of the problem and solve it. And there are Sundays, holidays. If you are not alert about this variables, you might find a defect after 10 days window. Amazon English customer people's response to a problem was very confrontationist, disrespectful, unhelpful, frankly scaring. This is very disappointing. Worst Amazon service. I would recommend not to go for other low quality products with poor customer service, because if it is not delivered by Amazon service, or if there seller uses a third party service, you might actually need to return these treadmill on your money. These things weigh more than 100 kgs, so it might cost more than 10000 rupees just to return. This is what Amazon people told me. Different Amazon Representatives say multiple things, often contrasting things. Very unhelpful, very scary. Some of the Amazon people wouldn't even give me the durafit customer care phone numbers, saying it is against their policy. But 2 Representatives gave me the number. Mind boggling. To sum it up, AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD AMAZON SERVICE. go for it, if it meets your requirements. It was very detailed. Hope it was helpful. I tried to answer every question I had before purchasing. And about every issue I had after purchasing. Hope it would help you make your choice.
