It's very delicious. The best part is that we can enjoy this as a complete meal. It becomes very handy when I don't have time to make food. Just mix with milk and enjoy this treat. I have also purchased this product before and I saw results in 1 month of regular use but don't entirely depend on this. Include regular exercise or walk to get the best results. I am using chocolate flavour, It is good in taste. It is a week now and i have replaced my one meal with it, waiting for its effect. But over all products is good so giving *** I will update this review after a week if it start showing effects

This shake tastes and smells good due to the chocolate flavour. This is a chocolate milk shake protein powder which is a good replacement of any one meal of the day where you cannot control or measure your food intake properly which leads to overeating. You can easily replace one of the three meals of the day with this protein powder. You will remain full for 3-4hrs since the shake is high in protein and dietary fiber and other nutrients as well. If you want to control your weight and food intake then this shake is ideal for you to maintain your food intake in a convenient way.I personally loved this.

I have brought this many times but the last time when i purchased, the seller given a fake or Expired or bad item which gave me bloating immediately after consumption and troubled me to 2 times and i have to go to the hospital. I m not going to buy this brand again. for saving few 100, we will end up wasting more...

All the ingredients list given by the company is totally safe... I am using this only once (instead of my night dinner). I add oats and dates to blender along with 2 scoops of this and milk and water. Everything blend together will have an amazing smoothie... Ill have this atleast 2hrs before my bed time... 1. I do workout 1 hr in gym 2. follow diet throughout the day 3. Drink plenty of water... The reason i buy this is that I get late night cravings if I had a small dinner... So this helped me to avoid that and also weight is reducing gradually which I am happy about it.
