This jigsaw is a great buy! It has plenty of power, and the lower power requirement (4.8 amps) should mean I don’t need to worry about choking it out with a cheap fifty foot extension cord should I require its use.The blade change is quick and painless, though should you forget to unplug the saw beforehand the latter might not be true, LOL.I recommend this jigsaw for anyone needing a cheap saw but wouldn’t mind it lasting more than one or two uses. It’s quite the steal for its current price.

I needed to cut a hole in a door to install a cat door for our feral cat colony. I have never used a jigsaw before but this one was easy to use and I had the hole cut in under 10 minutes. The speed was consistent, which i wasnt expecting. I was expecting a lot of jiggle and jolts, but it was rather smooth with consistant power. Compact in size and easy store. Great tool to have and great price.

This is a very good saw and at a good price.

At first I struggled to figure out the blade installation and the stop start trigger mainly because it's my first jigsaw I was trying not to break anything by mistake. Those nobs are very stiff to be honest that throw me off but once I realize that I installed the blade and away I went. For the price it's a good jigsaw perfect for my diy projects

It's a powerful tools for the size, but the shoe plate/the base came bent. I'm unable to get in touch with the manufacturer so if you guys are seeing this. I'd like someone to contact me to see about getting a replacement shoe plate.
