The hinges lock open nicely, but they don’t lock closed despite being advertised as locking open and closed.

Used this to make a motorcaravan bed that could be folded away. The hinges are very solid and click firmly in place to hold the legs. There are a number of holes for securing the hinge which is helpful if using MDF where shorter screws are needed. The hinge automatically clicks into place and is unlocked easily when you know how. This is the only criticism as per some other reviews there are no instructions so you need to refer to the video on the Amazon product advert to work out how it operates but no big deal. Be aware of the width of the lock as a table leg needs to be quite wide for the hinge to be used so not suitable for less heavy duty applications. I used folding MDF sides so ideal.

Use the hinge but use your own screws. Even with pilot drilled holes the heads stripped.
