This is the only supplement I take for pregnancy because good quality beef organs arent available to me as a whole food right now. And, its hard for me to eat quite frankly... These are so much easier to ingest! Beef organs are "nature's multivitamin" and are far better for your body than anything synthetic. Although expensive, you cant beat the quality of these supplements. They've been worth the monthly cost to keep baby and I healthy. Plus, synthetic vitamins would make me vomit when I first started my health journey. These however, I do not get nauseous over.

Beef organs supplement from Heart & Soil is an excellent product to say the least! I didn't want to write a review right away until I see if it will work for me. I noticed results right away within 2 weeks, and have been only taking 4 capsules a day, couldn't make it to the recommended dose. I love that the supplement is in a glass container. I noticed my hair is growing longer, and I have more energy. I have endometriosis, this amazing supplement made a HUGE difference with my monthly cycle, it reduced the bleeding and supported my overall energy& health. Didn't cause issues with digestion, but I began by taking 2 a day with breakfast and dinner to see how my body will react to it, then added 2 more. Was very excited to try this new brand of beef organs. I’ve tried Primal Queen before but this had better ratings. Large capsules and you have to take six a day. Easy to swallow with enough water and easily digestion and I tend to get I heartburn easily. Clean ingredients and no bad aftertaste if you drink plenty of water with it which you’re supposed to do anyway with vitamins. I feel like my sleep quality is the same but overall I feel like I have more energy and less hormonal hot flashes as well as my periods and cramps are more tolerable. You have to be consistent with taking them. My skin seems to have cleared a bit. I’d say the only issue was the cap was defective. It did not have rings/threads on it to screw onto the bottle. Once I popped the safety plastic it fell off. It’s ok I just decanted into a mason jar.

. I’m not a fan of liver and the thought of eating it once a week to close the nutrient gap while on the carnivore diet was nauseous. Found this product and it fit the bill perfectly. It is six pills a day but it hasn’t need an issue for me been taking it for months.

We love Heart & Soil!! These help me get back to my normal hormone levels. I did need to still take iron pills while pregnant, but these always gave me energy. They helped me feel great! 100% reccomend to alll women!!!

Instagram kept pushing beef organ supplements on me so finally I caved after doing a little looking around and choosing Heart and Soil. They are not kidding about the easing into taking it. It gave me "the runs" by taking more than they suggested at first. But I also started taking 3 of the supplements at once, so I know that was partially the reason. This subsided after a couple weeks and did NOT last through out the day, just at the beginning of the day. I would like to point out that I have had bad digestion, elimination, sleep, mood and hormone issues since I was about 19, I have PCOS and am a child of a Vietnam Vet who passed from Agent orange poisoning. My body is SCREWED up from the inside out. My gall bladder was removed at 17. At 21 I weighed around 310. I ate terribly and had a drinking problem, and did not take care of myself in any way. Fast forward to 37. I have lost over 100 lbs, grown my hair out to my lower back, focus on fresh foods and meats and high quality ingredients for cooking. I try to stretch and do my yoga, have a dedicated skin care routine and use Young Living oils and the best supplement brands money can buy. However, I could never figure out why i was so HUNGRY all the time. At one point after divorce I was binge eating to the point of discomfort, like this permanent endless void I could only fill with food. That passed eventually as it was largely psychological, but the desire and thoughts of food were more than what I thought other people were experiencing. Also extreme sugar addiction... if i didn't substitute something with Stevia or monkfruit to give me some sweetness, I would eat ANYTHING sweet I could find. Forget saving anything for later. It would stay in the back of my mind constantly "hey there's a little something sweet..." Fast forward to the end of November 2024. I began to notice I wasn't thinking about food nearly as much. When I sat down to eat, i was satisfied with about half of what I was used to taking down. The desire to continue eating just wasn't there anymore. Super greasy and salty things are still fantastic, but after 3 or 4 decent bites, the desire to continue eating is gone. I enjoy them but I don't feel enslaved to food any longer. And the SUGAR addiction is G O N E. I do have alcohol a few times a week which turns to sugar, but I don't eat a king sized milky way or 2 donuts or a dollar store bag of Peppermint patties anymore in addition to that. I don't even think about buying sugar, and I manage a convenience store. People buy and bring me sweets and candy daily and just don't care to eat them. It's the first time since I remember as a young adolescent not having a driving desire to find and consume desserts daily. I do consume Bolthouse which has a lot of natural sugars also milk, yogurt, dairy and fruit, and other things in which have naturally occurring sugar. Now a 2good yogurt with granola, blueberries and a tsp of maple syrup is more than sweet enough. I want to try ALL of their supplements and am going to cycle out some of my Natures Sunshine products (which I have been using for 9 years). I ordered from their website which has a better deal. I started with these and the joint and bone. After that I decided to try the gut and digestion and her package with joint and bone. They are 100% worth the money. Customer for life.
