Is this adjustable? I have my own crafting needles which range from 16 to 20 awg. I just need the awl.

This is cheaply made. Not adjustable. I returned mine. Good luck.

Will the needles fit into other awl handles such as speedy stitch?

Not very well.I use file to fit it
