Super Sharp
Super sharp, so glad I bought this knife. Comfortable handle. Longer than my other paring knife. Seems high quality to me. Will buy more Henckels products.

Great knife. not just for paring. great for cutting just about anything.
Great knife, great price. use it now for lots of cutting duties. replaces my ceramic paring knife that i have used for several years. this knife is super sharp and cuts like a dream. Slices chicken breasts in half thickness smooth as anything. Great price as well

Doesn't feel comforatable in hand.
I peel a lot of potatoes. Knife is sharp but doesn't fit my hand as well as my cheaper paring knife. I guess it depends on hand size. It is a quality paring knife.

Henkel paring knife
We lost our paring knife & replaced it with this one. It’s a bit bigger than our first one but still fits the bill. Henkel makes a very good product & this was a fair price & can be easily sharpened with a stone. Highly recommend if u r a chef or love to cook, to learn how to sharpen your knives with a sharpening stone. A dull knife is a poor tool & a danger. A tomato is such a breeze to cut into with a good sharp knife, & will last for years. We had one that was in our family for at least 60 yrs & it was a Henkel. It had been sharpened many times. But one of our relatives used the knife as a screw driver & broke the tip off & threw it away. Wrong tool for the job : (. New Henkel paring knife & all is right with the world.

Henckels makes great knives and I have used them for years, they stay sharp for a long time and they wear well. It makes cooking a lot easier and a joy.
