Excellent product for gut management and suppressing cravings
I lost 4 lb in the first week and it has now put me on the path of calorie counting and excercise to support my weight loss journey.The consistency can be lumpy if you do not add the water slowly. I add water and stir and continue till I fill tall glass and have no issues drinking it down. I have noticed I am not as bloated and it has helped my digestive system. I will continue to buy as it is all natural ingredients Excellent value for money

Not worth the stomach upset!
Unfortunately this has not stopped snacking, I have felt hungrier than ever. It has also left me with stomach ache and stomach upset. It is not easy to swallow at all and tastes disgusting. The only positive was the fast customer service and personalTouch.

It really works!
The mix has no particular taste, what I particularly like about it. I dont have issues with consuming it. I just prefer to dissolve it in warm water. And it really helps to suppress appetite, and helps to lose weight, if you follow the instructions. Dont cheat and it will work!

VERY textured and flavored
I think this seems to work okay but it is very strongly flavored and very textured. If you have a sensitivity to certain textures like I do, you may want to look into other options. Even after mixing in additional water or juice after making the paste as the instructions say, things just seem to be quite lumpy/gelatinous and grainy.

It works
This product is fantastic, you have to stir quickly and drink within a few seconds of adding water or else it becomes lumpy and undrinkable. As you get used to the taste and texture it gets much easier. I find it helps with managing my hunger and I have lost around 6lb in a month of using where I have only been using once per day and with not changing my diet as such, I just find that a smaller portion is needed.

Flatter belly
This product makes me feel so much better about myself. I don't necessarily lose weight with it but my tummy is definitely flatter and my clothes are looser in that area. I'm apple shaped so it makes a big difference to me.

Awful texture, hard to swallow
Not a fan and can't rate. Texture is vile, I couldn't swallow it. I'm just going to diet and exercise properly

Didn't work for me
It's got quite an unpleasant texture to it and takes some swallowing. Unfortunately I couldn't see any difference in my appetite, hopefully it works for others but not me.
