No better book for understanding the ACO ecosystem.
If you want to understand what ACO means both - public and private this book is a must read. Beyond the technical discussion, Mr.Cimasi weaves together the fabric of the ACO into a complete scheme. Just his footnotes and acronym library are worth the cost of the book.

A timely and in-depth discussion of the financial feasibility and capital finance consideration related to the development of accountable care organizations, "Accountable Care Organizations: Value Metrics and Capital Formation," is a "must read" for those c-suite executives (as well as their legal counsel and other professional advisors) considering participation in an ACO.
