My feet stopped hurting the first day I wore these. Great art support easy to turn down and they fit like a glove.

They are not hard support. They are soft. However, I am going to be honest. Smells don't bother me. But I will say this, they have a strong odor that is difficult to get rid of. I aired out for 3 days and sprayed with lysol. Smell is still there. I haven't tried washing them yet. I am unsure of it they can handle the washing machine, so I didn't. If you can get past the smell (which I did bc my feet was hurting), they work wonderful for arch support....If you don't like the hard arch support insoles, like me. They work better in my hokas, even brooks (not all models). But not in any of my nikes. They were too thick. I may give invicible 3 another shot with these in them. Because they had heel slip and this may stop it, who knows. I brought four more and probably a few more bc they good in my crocs too. BEWARE OF SIZE: I am 9 but wear 9 1/2 in running sneakers. The w 7-11 perfectly fit my us women 9 1/2 sneakers without cutting. So If your feet is bigger than that then get the next size up. The is reason for 4 stars- smell & size

Lots of padding and pretty good arch support, but not quite enough support for my high arches. Made of a sticky rubber material that made them difficult to insert in my shoes (and they made my feet sweat more than other inserts). Returned them and will stick with the more expensive Walk-Hero inserts, which my feet like better.

Very comfortable

I recently purchased a pair of shoe inserts and they have completely changed the way I walk! These inserts are fantastic and I would give them 5 stars without hesitation.I had tried two other pairs of shoes, but none of them seemed to work quite as well as these do in my sneakers. The first pair of shoes I tried were uncomfortable and didn't provide enough arch support, leaving me with sore feet and ankles after just a few hours of wearing them. The second pair were a bit better, but still didn't provide the level of support that I needed to feel comfortable on my feet all day long.However, once I slipped these shoe inserts into my favorite pair of sneakers, I knew I had found the perfect match. The inserts provided just the right amount of cushioning and support, and my feet felt so much better at the end of the day. I was able to walk longer distances without any discomfort or pain, and my posture even improved as a result of the added support.Overall, I'm so happy with these shoe inserts and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and supportive option for their shoes. They truly make a world of difference, and I'm so grateful to have found them!

I bought this to put in my basketball shoes for arch support and comfort, as the insoles that came with my shoes were generally flat and uncomfortable. While it seemed great at first, my feet quickly started hurting as the arch support felt like it was pushing against my arch too much. It was also a little slippery. So I took it out thinking the soles were terrible, but then I tried them in some Vans style shoes that were extremely flat and hurt my feet walking around in them by the end of the day. Here, the insoles worked great. I felt comfortable walking in them all day and could even bring these shoes when I travel as my only pair of shoes. A day of walking around a new city and my feet still feel great. I’ve owned these for close to 2 years now and I still feel very comfortable in those shoes, although the shoes are looking pretty bad. Just ordered my second pair of insoles for a new set of shoes so I thought this deserved a review. I give it 4 stars because it’s uncomfortable for athletic shoes, but I highly recommend them for walking around in.
