Clinical Microbiology Made Ridiculously Simple

Ok, so may not be the most exciting book in the world (especially since it is black and white) but explanations are crystal clear!! Really does make microbiology simple. Even just reading the first 3 chapters will massively put microbiology into perspective from a clinical point of view. Up until I read this book microbiology was a big black box and I always ran away from microbiology lectures and I used to hide from all patients on antibiotics on the ward in case my consultant would grill me about them... But now no longer. Bring on the bugs! :-)

Crazy cartoons and silly jokes makes even boring subject manner memorable and it is what you remember after reading a book that counts. I really recommend it.

I loved this book as did all of my friends who used it. The funny pictures help you to remember. It really makes for faster learning. A must have for studying microbiology!

Clear, funny, easy to read. It does help a lot with memorization. Of course it should be used after studying on a complete microbiology textbook (I used La Placa), but it does help a lot. The cartoons are great. I strongly suggest it.
