Excellent customer service
I'm going on an Alaska cruise and realized the SD card in the binoculars wouldn't go back in. Thankfully, I noticed it within the 90-day warranty period and the company promptly replaced it. Excellent company, I would highly recommend.

Bought as a Gift
These were bought as a gift and, I’m told, drew lots of attention from fellow travelers. The recipients would have preferred time to adjust to them. They got a handful of good photos, but also polar bear blurs and oddly colored bears. I hope these do well going forward

Excellent picture quality and very handy
This digital binoculars are awesome. With so much zoom stability is usually an issue that blurs the picture quality in digital binoculars however, this one seems to do pretty well in that department. I fixed it over my tripod and the pics are awesome, but even without the tripod it has stable picture.Its looks reliable. I've already 2 hiking trips with it and its working well.A must buy thing for hikers, birdwatchers etc.

It worth the effort
For binoculars, it was a clear, sharp image. The camera image was awful when the images are far away. Even setting the camera options to the most detailed and greatest pixels, the image was still blurry. Very little instructions and information about the product within the package. Since the whole purpose was to buy the product to get images from far away, the product was returned because it failed to meet that standard.

Great for people with wide set eyes
This is a great set of binoculars! And the camera is really great. My only complaint is that I cannot get the binocular to adjust down to my width of eyes. I am 5’9” and have normal set eyes and the binoculars will not shrink down to the small enough with so that I can see out of both eyepieces at once so I have to literally shut and I to look through this binoculars. That sucks sucks

Nice product, good value.
I received this binocular/camera as a gift. It is very easy to use once you have read through the instructions. The controls are fairly self explanatory. The only thing I would change is the size of the printed instructions. I had to take a photo of the picture with the feature numbers and enlarge it so it was readable. Otherwise, I think it is worth the price, and I look forward to using it on my hikes in the mountains.

Camera OK - Binoculars not OK
I got the camera to work OK. Got some decent pictures. My problem was getting the binoculars to focus and align left and right eye images. I struggled trying to get it aligned and focused and never was happy with the result. Decided to return it.

Great for backyard birding
My husband bought this for me for Christmas. We enjoy watching the birds in our backyard all year, and these are great for that. Plus, with the SD card, I can download photos and videos to the computer to edit/enjoy. I wish there was a better explanation for all of the settings in the instructions, however. Picture quality - well the first few I took are a little blurry, but that could be my less-than-steady hand. Will keep trying though!
