This is a great one cup coffee maker. It is very easy to use, you just push one button to start it and I like the fact that you can set the timer. It doesn’t take up much room either. Very good value for money.

Love this little gadget, even though its says for coffee. I just put a tea bag in the filter add the water in the tank a jobs a gooden. I now can have a hot drink on the days I can't get out of bed. Very easy to set up. Best thing I brought.

The only thing that is a negative is that the mugs are slightly too small, but nevertheless very happy with this purchase.

I got one of these as a Christmas present and it has become my go to hot beverage maker. I love the fact it comes with the Thermos cup and measuring spoon. Using the supplied cup you use this to measure the water to put in the back of the machine. This is awesome because your using the exact amount of water you need for your drink, no wasted electricity. The filter is reusable and easy to clean. The unit has a time function and can be programmed to got off at a specific time in the morning, so when you get downstairs you have a hot cup of Coffee waiting for you. The great thing is you don't just have to make Coffee with it. You could use loose leaf Tea, however I find that round Tea bags also make a good enough brew for me.

I waited a good few months to review this coffee machine because I've had other well known makes that have not lasted long. I've used this a lot on a daily basis and it is still going strong. For cleaning: Just use some paper towel after you've took out the basket and holder and give it a quick wipe down inside and underneath where the coffee comes out, it's the only place that gets dirty with coffee, and give the detachable parts a rinse too. I would advise investing in some size 1 coffee filters to replace the permanent filter basket, especially if you like to grind your own coffee beans or use very fine coffee otherwise you will get get fine powdery substance in your cup. I use the following filter papers: Size 1 / 101 / 1K Coffee Filter Paper Cones, Unbleached - Melitta equivalent I buy them on e-bay from a seller called: edesia_espress No affiliation with the seller, I've just bought from them a lot over time for many coffee machines and always had a great experience both with the seller and the products. I would highly recommend this coffee machine though, I will be investing in a 2nd one for those times I have a guest over for a chat :)

I needed to replace my old filter coffee machine which broke. This is easy to use, small enough so it doesn’t occupy too much space in my kitchen and quick. Would recommend

Updated review , after a week had to replace defective mug , then product got decidedly worse, now it fails to run through the water , produces an inch or so of cold coffee, constantly steams and then drips . Absolutely useless
