Hold doors open nicely
Great product, fits nicely out of the way and works great to assist with opening the doors and keeping them open when sitting on un-level ground. Well constructed design.

Poor Design and Material Choice – Failed Twice
These Kemimoto door struts have proven to be unreliable due to poor material selection and structural integrity. The main issue lies in the plastic construction of the strut ends, which are under constant tension and stress during door operation. In both sets I purchased, the plastic components failed—cracking and ultimately separating from the metal shaft under normal usage conditions.The lack of reinforcement in high-stress areas makes them prone to premature failure, especially if the doors are opened frequently or exposed to vibration during off-road use. I expected better engineering, especially for a product designed for rugged vehicles. Disappointing performance overall. I would strongly recommend opting for struts with metal ends or higher-grade materials.

These are very easy to install. Directions are easy to follow. Highly recommend.

Required a little extra work
Installed on 2023 Can Am Maverick X3 Max. As others noted, a normal socket will not work with the bolts supplied. I had to purchase new bolts from the hardware store. I also had to trim a lot of plastic to make the front ones fit. Not exactly what I want to do but I was already committed to installing them. So far they work as they should and hold the doors open. Like others said the ends of the struts are plastic so we will see how long they last.
