If not familiar with the brewing steps. It might get confusing.
Great results. Very tasty brew. Some of the steps were assumed you knew. Basically associated with and when to add hops. Otherwise was very pleased with produced results.

Quality recipe kit
After searching for a SN Torpedo clone I finally found this one on amazon. I was a little skeptical about ordering from amazon but after reading the reviews I decided to chance it. The kit seemed of good quality and the instructions are pretty good. I brewed this last weekend and it has been fermenting vigorously for the last few days at 68 degrees in my old kegerator. It smelled great while brewing and smells awesome in the fermenting chamber. I am eager to taste this in a few weeks after it is done and carbonated. I have a keg and waiting faucet on my keezer for this brew. I will probably be buying more recipes from Jaspers in the future.

Tastey brew
This was an awesome brew... I usely play around with the brewing but this one I did by the letter and it turned out great. Very full flavor with just the right amount of IBU's. I did a taste taste with friends using a real Torpedo and my clone. Most could tell the difference but all liked the clone better. The only reason I can't give this a 5 star rating is due to price. Extract brewing has become too expensive. I could have bought 2 cases of Torpedo (not even on sell) for the price of this kit and saved myself a lot of work.

Great beer
I haven't had a Torpedo in a while and they do not sell them where I am at to compare, but from what I remember the taste isn't spot on. However, this beer on its own is fantastic. If you like fresh tasting APA or IPAs, you would probably like this kit. I have ordered a second kit since finishing the first batch.

I'd buy this again!
Very nice beer. Great instructions. No problems. I kegged it and it's great.Update: it just keeps getting better with time. I bought some Torpedo to test it side by side. As you can see from the picture the color is identical. They taste similar, but I prefer the depth charge over the torpedo. It has a more prominent citrus note and a little more bite. Can't wait to try this companies other brews.

Bought this clone kit brewed it up, waited impatiently. ....my friends thought it was better than the original by SN. You cant go wring with this kit

this was better than torpedo !!
i ve brewed about a dozen different beers in the past 4 months and this one by far is my favorite ! Its a Hoppy beer that has a citrusy finish ... A meal in a glass !!!
