This roaster is awesome. Well made and sturdy. The fixed mounted handles allows good grip on the pan when carrying large meats. Easily handles 14 pound prime rib or a 18 pound brisket. With the old roaster pan we almost gave the dogs a free roast dinner.. ;-) The non-stick is very durable. Makes for easy gravy preparation from the drippings right on the stove and easy to clean up afterwards.

Really a great product - heavy, but not too heavy, well-positioned and extremely sturdy handles, and the non-stick surface really stands up to repeated use. We bought ours a while ago and I waited to write a review based on actual experience.

High quality roasting pan will get a ton of use in our house. Handles are the best feature.

When my daughter moved from home, her turkey roaster went with her. It was a terrific roaster that she earned while selling that particular brand of kitchen products. I figured I’d be hard pressed to find one as good as that one at a lower price. Enter the All-Clad, which was almost identical but cost a lot less. I was a bit nervous because its “trial run” was Thanksgiving, when I’d have a lot of guests for dinner. I’m thrilled to say that it performed to perfection! It’s heavy and thick, and nothing stuck to it at all. Even the rack was easily cleaned with a quick wipe! I’ve never had Thanksgiving turkey clean up go easier! I highly recommend this roaster!

But it is well designed and cooks roasts and gravy so well. Cleans up, requiring endurance.

I decided to splurge and buy this for myself. My dad had one very similar to this when I was growing up. Most of my pots and pans are all-clad, and I am extremely happy with their quality in general. The last few years, for holidays, I would buy a foil pan here and there, along with a couple of much cheaper roasting pans. They just don’t hold up well. Food gets stuck to them, which is impossible to get off. If you soak them, they start to rust. I was sick of wasting my money. There is an astounding difference between the quality and versatility - totally worth it.

Got this for Thanksgiving Turkey and used for Christmas Rib Roast and love it. All-Clad are great products, great buy on this pan. Easy to clean even with long roasting stuck on or after using to make gravy on cook top. Pan is sturdy but not horribly heavy, perfect for 20 pound turkey. I'll have this for the rest of my life and hopefully family will want to keep.
