I purchased the Self-Love Workbook for Women with great intentions, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to complete it yet. The content is definitely insightful and offers a lot of valuable exercises for self-reflection and growth. The workbook is well-organized, and I love the focus on self-care and empowerment. However, I did find it a bit difficult to keep up with, especially as life got busier. Some of the exercises require more time and energy than I was prepared to commit to, which is why I didn’t finish it. It’s a great resource, but I think it would be most beneficial if you’re ready to dedicate time to really dive into the exercises. That being said, I still plan to revisit it when I can give it the attention it deserves. For anyone looking to focus on personal growth, this workbook definitely has potential!

Really helpful exercises and references

My therapist recommended this workbook to me, and I’m so glad I got it. Every page offers something new—prompts, reflections, and exercises that really helped me dig deeper and build a healthier relationship with myself. It’s a pretty thick book, so it lasted me almost a full year of consistent use, which made it feel really worth the price. The quality of the book is great, and I ended up recommending it to several family members as well. If you’re on a self-love or healing journey, this is an amazing tool to have by your side.

Good workbook with good exercises to practice self love and compassion. However on page 58-59 you're supposed to do a self compassion quiz in which you score different points, 10 questions and you can get 5 points per question, which is a max of 50 points but the pointinterval is 0-50, 50-60, 60-70 and so on up to 100... Sloppy that that went to print.

Excellent book

I am almost into my 50s and never took the time to self love. This book has activities, colourful pages and easy to read print. It makes you feel okay to love yourself and place everyone before you. Good read.
